1. Information We Collect
SpinVerse collects information necessary to provide digital community membership and fulfill referral rewards:
- Account Credentials: Full Name, Email Address, Username, Encrypted Password.
- Financial & Payment Data: Razorpay Transaction IDs, Payment Logs, Invoice records (We do not store raw Credit/Debit card numbers or CVVs).
- Identity & KYC Data: Permanent Account Number (PAN), Date of Birth, Bank Account Number & IFSC (for processing authorized rewards payouts).
2. How Information Is Used
- Provisioning access to annual digital membership benefits and community content.
- Calculating and attributing direct 1-to-1 invitation commissions (₹500 gross per successful referral).
- Fulfilling legal and statutory tax compliance, including TDS/TCS filings under the Indian Income Tax Department.
- Preventing fraudulent registrations, duplicate accounts, and unauthorized payment access.
3. Data Security & Storage
All personal and financial records are encrypted using 256-bit SSL protocols in transit and stored in restricted PostgreSQL databases with automated daily snapshots. Financial audit logs are stored in append-only ledgers to prevent unauthorized tampering.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell or rent user data. Information is shared strictly with authorized partners:
- Payment Processors: Razorpay for processing ₹1,000 membership fees.
- Government Authorities: When required by applicable Indian tax laws, regulatory summons, or court orders.
